Returns and Refund policy

Powered by Trade (Group) Ltd is committed to providing you with high-quality hardware and service excellence, however we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item, or instances where a refund in isolation is appropriate. To ensure a hassle-free return and refund process, we have established the following policy.

Eligibility for returns

• We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Initiating a return

• To initiate a return, please utilise the “contact us” form on our website, or simply drop us an email via sales@poweredbytrade,com, quoting your order number and shipping address.

Return process

• After initiating the return, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
• If the return is as a result of our wrongdoing, or as a result of a damaged or defective item, we will make arrangements to collect and/ or simply send you a replacement if sensible to do so
• If the return is as a result of a mistake on the part of the customer, we ask that this is paid for by the customer.
• Please make sure to securely package the item and include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Inspection and approval

• Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the item meets the return criteria, we will process the refund or exchange based on your preference.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued typically via bank transfer, or on request we can issue you a credit coupon that you may use at checkout to discount a future orders

• In instances where a return is not necessary, however a refund is required (for example due to an error by Powered by Trade (Group) Ltd), the same approach to issuing a refund will apply.
