These high-quality screws are made from C10-18 carbon steel with zinc plating for durability and corrosion resistance. The double countersunk head reduces likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking, while the 60° twin-threads with parallel shank provide faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance. Surface hardened up to 750 HV prevents torque shearing under load, with a core hardness of up to 450 HV for improved ductility. The 25° sharp point and single lead design ensures fast start and improved thread acceptance. Certified to BS EN 14592:2008 standards.
