These high-quality screws are made from C10-18 carbon steel with zinc plating for corrosion resistance. The double countersunk head reduces likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking, while the 60° twin-threads with parallel shank provide faster insertion and greater pull-out resistance. Surface hardened up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load with a 25° sharp point for fast start and improved thread acceptance.
