The TIMCO Senior Garage Door Holder is ideal for holding open garage and barn doors over 900mm wide in an open position. This automatic hold open device engages when the door is opened and is released by pulling the cord, making it perfect for applications where hands-free operation is needed or where the door cannot be propped open. The angle of opening can be varied by adjusting the distance of the lintel bracket from the hinge edge, and it mounts to the side of the lintel requiring a minimum lintel depth of 60mm. Fixings are not included.
