These innovative screws feature a metric thread with wings that ream out timber to achieve maximum RPM without burning out, and when the wings hit metal they break off to permit the thread to self-tap into the metal. The hardened carbon steel drill tip is fused onto an A2-304 austenitic stainless steel body for superior performance and corrosion resistance.
