The TIMCO Coach Screws Hex Head Silver – 8.0 x 100 are traditional heavy duty woodscrews primarily designed for timber to timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber, or securing into masonry when used with nylon plugs. These zinc-plated carbon steel screws feature a hex head for secure grip and are manufactured to BS EN 14592:2008 standards. With a thread length of approximately 2/3 of the overall length (60mm thread on this 100mm screw), they provide excellent holding power for demanding applications, though pilot holes may be required for certain hardwoods.
