The TIMCO Coach Screws Hex Head Silver – 6.0 x 70 are traditional heavy duty woodscrews mainly used for timber to timber applications, attaching ironmongery to timber or into masonry with the use of a nylon plug. These zinc-plated carbon steel screws feature a hex head design for secure fastening and are certified to BS EN 14592:2008 standards. The thread length is approximately 2/3 of the overall length (approximately 47mm thread length for this 70mm screw). Pilot drill holes may be required into certain hardwoods.
