These zinc and yellow plated carbon steel screws are specifically engineered to work efficiently in hardwood, chipboard, MDF, plastic and thin sheet metal while offering exceptional holding power. The double countersunk head reduces likelihood of shear and assists countersinking completion, while the 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. Surface hardened up to 750 HV prevents torque shearing under load, and the corrosion resistant plating ensures long-lasting performance. Certified to BS EN 14592:2008 standards.
