The double countersunk head reduces likelihood of shear and assists completion of countersinking, while the 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance. Surface hardened up to 750 HV prevents torque shearing under load with improved ductility from the core hardness of up to 450 HV.
