The TIMCO Broaching Cutter HSS M2 Short – 12 x 30 is manufactured from high grade M2 tool steel for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials with magnetic drills. Features Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating which ensures long service life due to 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness than even Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. The broaching cutter is supplied complete with pilot pin and is available in both short (30mm cutting depth) and long (50mm cutting depth) lengths. A pilot rod must be used to prevent drifting during operation.
