The TIMCO Broaching Cutter HSS M2 Long – 22 x 50 is manufactured from high grade M2 tool steel for drilling heavy gauge non-alloy materials with magnetic drills. Features a Titanium-Aluminium-Nitride (TiAIN) coating that ensures long service life due to 20% less friction and 20% greater hardness than even Titanium Nitride coating. The high grade M2 HSS body provides excellent durability, and the broaching cutter is supplied complete with pilot pin. Available in both short (30mm cutting depth) and long (50mm cutting depth) lengths, with this model offering the extended 50mm cutting depth for demanding applications.
