The PR0 RANGE Project Tubular Latch 64mm features a powder coated black finish with a square forend design, offering reliable door latching for both standard and fire-rated applications. This professionally engineered latch includes a guided latch bolt mechanism with a 44mm centre-to-centre backset, complete with an adjustable strike plate and dust box for easy installation. Successfully tested to BS EN12209:2003 for cycle and durability performance, and fire tested to BS EN1634-1 making it suitable for 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors when used with the appropriate intumescent kit (sold separately). The robust 15mm x 21mm x 64mm case construction is both UKCA and CE marked, and comes with a comprehensive 10 year mechanical guarantee, making it an excellent choice for residential and commercial door applications where quality and compliance are essential.
