The PR0 RANGE Project Tubular Latch 64mm features a robust guided latch bolt mechanism with adjustable strike for precise fitting. This fire-rated latch is suitable for both 30 and 60 minute timber fire doors when used with the appropriate intumescent kit (sold separately). The powder coated black finish provides a durable, contemporary appearance ideal for modern architectural applications. With a 15mm x 21mm x 64mm case size and 44mm centre-to-centre backset, it includes both strike plate and dust box for complete installation. Successfully tested to BSEN12209:2003 for cycle and durability, and fire tested to BSEN1634-1, this latch is both UKCA and CE marked, backed by a comprehensive 10 year mechanical guarantee.
