This kit includes a UKCA and CE marked tubular latch along with a box keep, suitable for fire door setups rated FD30-60 when fitted with intumescent kits (not included). Both the main latch case and the included keep feature a matt black finish, providing a sleek and modern aesthetic. The set comes with a plastic timber tidy to ensure a professional finish upon installation. The latch itself is made of steel and zinc with a UK tubular style case, and the follower and latch bolt are also composed of zinc. This set is not reversible and is not suitable for use with unsprung furniture.
