The HUNTA® Antique Bronze 76mm Privacy Latch Kit is designed to be a secure and stylish door locking solution, perfect for private spaces. Finished in an antique bronze, this kit adds a classic touch to interior doors. It includes a UK tubular latch case with a 57mm backset, fitting for standard door preparations. The latch features a push-button locking mechanism on the inside for privacy and an emergency access option from the outside. Also notable is the ease of installation, which provides a simple alternative to a traditional bathroom lock and thumbturn. The kit comes complete with fitting instructions, a double (loose) square forend, and a flat plate keep. The latch bolt is made of zinc while the follower is brass, indicating a blend of durability and smooth operation. The privacy latch is designed to work with Hunta Privacy furniture but is not suitable for unsprung furniture. The reversible latch can be adjusted with a pull and twist method to suit door handing.
