The Fire & Acoustic Seals Fire Door Foam Gun Grade is a revolutionary polyurethane foam specifically designed to seal gaps between walls and fire door frames. This professional-grade foam has been extensively tested to achieve 30 and 60 minutes fire resistance across a wide range of construction and fire stopping applications. The foam offers excellent sound reduction capabilities of up to 60 dB Rw and is compatible with timber frames including softwood, hardwood and MDF. It is Certifire approved (CF5839) and meets multiple British Standards including BS 476:Part 22:1987 and BS EN 1634-1, making it ideal for cavity gap filling and perimeter pointing around fire doors.
