The EUROSPEC® door security bolt is a long version of a Contract Door Security Bolt, often referred to as a Rack Bolt. This bolt is designed to be morticed inside the door edge and can be locked or unlocked via a separately ordered splined key or a fixed splined turn. The bolt features an internal sawtooth rack mechanism that allows smooth operation through a gearing action, facilitated by engaging the spline with the rack teeth. It offers versatile applications, suitable for use in all domestic, industrial, and commercial environments and includes a 5-year mechanical guarantee. Please note that the splined key or turn needs to be ordered separately, and a short version of the bolt is also available.
