The Eurospec® estop 37db drop-down seal is a high-performance accessory designed for the bottom of doors. Measuring 830mm, this drop seal is activated by the closing action of the door, forming an effective barrier against the outside climate, noise, light, fire, smoke, and insects once the door is closed. This innovative drop seal leaves the threshold clear and flat without the need for high fixed thresholds. The EUROSPEC® estop has been rigorously tested without threshold plates and also functions effectively straight down to carpet. It provides a cost-effective solution for complying with parts E and M of the latest UK building regulations relating to disability, access, and energy conservation.
