The EUROSPEC® estop 37db drop down seal is an efficient solution designed for the bottom of doors. This 1130mm drop seal is activated by the closing action of the door, dropping down to seal only when the door is closed. This feature ensures the threshold remains clear and flat without needing high fixed thresholds. These seals have been tested without threshold plates and also on surfaces such as carpet, forming an effective barrier against external climate, noise, light, fire, smoke, and insects. Additionally, it meets parts E and M of the UK building regulations related to disability access and energy conservation.
