The CARLISLE BRASS® 102 x 67 x 4mm double stainless steel washered butt hinge is a heavy butt hinge with double stainless steel washers which will not rust. It is ideal for maintaining a good appearance within a residence. The Butt Hinge is often considered more appropriate in residential properties due to the smaller, more discreet size of the hinge knuckle compared to ball bearing hinges. Suitable for standard internal residential doors, a pair of hinges is often adequate; however, fitting three hinges per door is also beneficial. This contributes to an aesthetically pleasing finish and helps spread the load evenly, reducing the risk of door twisting or warping over time, commonly caused by heat and moisture. The product is suited for domestic use and comes with a 10-year mechanical guarantee. Please note that screws are not included.
