The CARLISLE BRASS® 102 x 67 x 4mm double phosphor bronze washered butt hinge with screws is a solid brass hinge, polished and finished with a protective lacquer. Featuring non-rusting phosphor bronze washers for longevity, it’s often considered more suitable for residential properties due to its smaller and more discreet hinge knuckle compared to ball bearing hinges. Suitable for standard internal residential doors. While a pair of hinges is sufficient, installing three hinges per door is recommended for better load distribution and to avoid door warping over time. It comes with a 10-year mechanical guarantee, suitable for domestic use.
