The CARLISLE BRASS® 76 x 50 x 2.5mm double phosphor bronze washered butt hinge is a solid brass hinge, polished and finished with a protective lacquer. It features non-rusting phosphor bronze washers for enhanced longevity. These hinges are particularly suited for standard internal residential doors due to their smaller and more discreet knuckle compared to ball bearing hinges. They are typically adequate in pairs; however, using three hinges per door can help to spread the load more evenly and combat door twisting or warping over time due to heat and moisture.
