The CARLISLE BRASS® door closer – chain spring (concealed) – satin stainless steel – 45mm is the UK’s most popular low-cost method for closing a fire door or normal door. Recommended for internal doors, it is fitted into the door edge, with the chain plate attached to the frame. When the door is opened, the spring recoils and forces the door to shut. The chain tension can be adjusted, allowing a good degree of flexibility in setting the door closing rate. This product is fire tested and comes with a 10-year mechanical guarantee. Both square and radius end versions are available for diverse fitting needs.
