The CARLISLE BRASS® architectural quality sash fastener is a traditional Brighton pattern sash window sprung fastener. It serves as a classic method of fastening and locking sliding sash windows. To lock, the user pulls the sprung toggle arm down and screws the knob into the keep. To unlock, the knob is unscrewed, causing the arm to automatically flip up to the vertical position, thereby providing ample clearance between the moving sash windows. This fastener is designed to ensure secure operation and comes with a 10-year mechanical guarantee.
