The CARLISLE BRASS® brown 2.1 meter fire & smoke door seals s/a 15mm x 4mm (fs121-25) are designed to close the gap between the fire door and frame in the event of a fire, preventing the spread of smoke and hot gases. Once installed, these seals can remain dormant for many years, activating only when exposed to the rising temperatures and pressures in a fire situation. The high-performance intumescent core contains intercalated graphite that expands multi-directionally up to 10-15 times its original size to seal the gap and hold the fire door in place. Certifire approved and Fire door rated. Smokeproof and suitable for all domestic, commercial, and industrial use. Comes in packs of 25.
